Pipeline injection of various production enhancement chemicals is crucial to the uninterrupted flow of product to market. Today these environmental concerns can be greatly reduced or eliminated with the deployment of currently available and field proven technology. The use of 12V and 24V Electric Chemical Injection Pumps and field retrofittable FMT fluid ends can save thousands of dollars per pump annually, eliminate/ reduce harmful environmental discharge, increase chemical delivery performance and pay for their implementation within months. MCI pumps are available for installation in Class I, Zone 1 or Class I, Zone 2 areas. Our skid packages are available with various options including Standard (tank-less), 100 Gallon, 300 Gallon and 500 Gallon double walled tank versions. The MCI FMT fluid end is designed to eliminate many of the issues associated with conventional V-packing fluid ends. We designed our N-Seal to eliminate leaking chemical, reduce plunger friction and drive gas emission associated with an over-tightened gland nut, and greatly reduce the time and energy necessary to operate pumps currently using conventional “packing.” FMT incorporates our patented N-Seal secondary containment system. High pressure plunger seals will leak. FMT eliminated leaks by routing weeping chemical back to the suction side of the fluid end for re-injection. The FMT does not use a gland nut and gland plate to tighten the plunger seal. Instead N-Seal’s self-adjusting seals eliminate excess friction resulting in reduced drive gas emission and operations time commitment. FMT fluid ends are available for installation on 1200, 4300 and 5100 Series drives in 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2” and 11/16” diameter plungers.
