Direct-C

4005 Enterprise Square, 10230 Jasper Avenue
Edmonton, Alberta - Canada - T5J 4P6
http://direct-c.ca
Direct-C provides previously unachievable certainty in 24/7 leak detection monitoring for the oil and gas industry. Completely free of false-positive alarms, Direct-C’s solutions provide clients with ultimate confidence – when an alert notification is received, liquid hydrocarbons are present at the sensor location. No longer are control rooms required to analyze incoming data or make judgment calls and interpret the alarm for spurious triggers from slack-line and multiphase flow changes, external disturbances, etc. Upon receiving an alert from Direct-C, immediate actions can be taken to minimize the impact of the release incident. Direct-C has several monitoring options to satisfy all hydrocarbon infrastructure operators’ needs. Below and above ground pipelines, tank farms, production wells, reclamation sites – all can benefit from the deployment of standard or customized Direct-C monitoring solutions. Enhancing incident reaction times and reducing the risk of an undetected leak benefits operators, the environment, and the public. Within a few minutes of liquid hydrocarbons being present at a monitoring point, operators receive an alarm advising of the incident and its exact location. Response protocols can be deployed instantly and with conviction.

MCI Solar Mfg. Ltd

SS2 Site 26 Comp 2
Fort St John, British Columbia - Canada - V1J 4M7
http://mcisolutions.ca/
MCI Solutions manufactures high quality innovative and environmentally sensitive Solar-Electric powered Chemical Injection Pumps for the oil and gas industry. Canada’s northern conditions pose significant challenges for solar powered equipment manufacturers: cold temperature extremes, 1.6 peak sunlight hours daily and a geographic remoteness that demands reliability. MCI has excelled in the harsh northern environment with chemical inject solutions designed to incorporate its’ patented N-Seal Secondary Containment technology. Pipeline injection of various production enhancement chemicals is crucial to the uninterrupted flow of product to market. Industries worldwide have benefited from system performance improvements through evolution and innovation. This is equally true of positive displacement Chemical Injection Pump technology. Responsible stewardship of our Planet is front and center. In the past, operations could result in chemical leaks, drive gas venting and chemical over injection. Today these environmental concerns can be greatly reduced or eliminated with the deployment of currently available and field proven technology. The use of 12V and 24V Electric Chemical Injection Pumps and field retrofittable FMT fluid ends can save thousands of dollars per pump annually, eliminate/ reduce harmful environmental discharge, increase chemical delivery performance and pay for their implementation within months. MCI pumps are available for installation in Class I, Zone 1 or Class I, Zone 2 areas. Our skid packages are available with various options including Standard (tank-less), 100 Gallon, 300 Gallon and 500 Gallon double walled tank versions. The MCI FMT fluid end is designed to eliminate many of the issues associated with conventional V-packing fluid ends. We designed our N-Seal to eliminate leaking chemical, reduce plunger friction and drive gas emission associated with an over-tightened gland nut, and greatly reduce the time and energy necessary to operate pumps currently using conventional “packing.” FMT incorporates our patented N-Seal secondary containment system. High pressure plunger seals will leak. FMT eliminated leaks by routing weeping chemical back to the suction side of the fluid end for re-injection. The FMT does not use a gland nut and gland plate to tighten the plunger seal. Instead N-Seal’s self-adjusting seals eliminate excess friction resulting in reduced drive gas emission and operations time commitment. FMT fluid ends are available for installation on 1200, 4300 and 5100 Series drives in 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2” and 11/16” diameter plungers.
